PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We’re seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Summerhill PARC in North Vancouver.
Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance services such as cleaning, painting, plastering, snow removal, minor repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work within established timeframes.
- Helping to ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the building.
- Responding to residents’ maintenance requests (work orders) in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with suite preparation for turnover, including carpet cleaning, painting, furniture moving and other tasks.
- Supporting the Building Services Manager as needed, including responding to emergency situations.
- Supporting other North Shore PARC properties when required and open to travel
