One of the core tasks of the MCC is to ensure smooth operation of all DHL and client aircraft. The MCC Professional supports the MCC Duty Manager and Coordinator team in their daily administrative tasks.

• Review of all aircraft documents from EAT stations as well as commissioned external stations with EAT staff
• Ensure that all documents arrive at the MCC/MOC in full and correctly before departure
• Input of data into the used MRO software program (TRAX, AMOS), e.g.: MDDR positions, TLB entries, spare part information
• Organisation of business trips for technical personnel as well as the application for airport badges/hotels and social security – and tax issues within the own Part 145 together with the MCC team
• Ensure documentation and reporting for the MCC Duty Manager and MCC Manager
• Administrative tasks for the MCC team
• Follow efficiency of processes and suggest improvements
• Control and support of third party companies in activities within the EAT
• Organisational tasks within the MCC
• Review of the Paperwork Quality in Leipzig
