Position Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.
  • Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.
  • Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and other outside contractors, including contracts and Certifications of Insurance.
  • Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
  • Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain Confluence / Microsoft Teams information.
  • Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs.
