Pay from $30 to $35 per hour - That’s up to $76,000 - $88,000 per year with bonuses!

Position Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.
- Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.
- Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and other outside contractors, including contracts and Certifications of Insurance.
- Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
- Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain Confluence / Microsoft Teams information.
- Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs.
