REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fixed equipment and piping inspection within the chemical, petrochemical, or oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in corrosion under insulation (CUI) or coating inspection preferred.
• API certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with cross-functional teams and contractors, fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the mechanical team in overseeing inspection and maintenance activities within chemical plant. If you have a passion for ensuring operational excellence and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in executing plant inspection and modification works promptly and safely.
• Manage the plant painting program to uphold facility integrity.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plant modification works while prioritizing safety and facility integrity.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skill and competency levels of staff and contractors.
• Implement management systems aligned with ISO standards, ensuring adherence to quality and environmental regulations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and filing of inspection records using our Data Management System.
