In order to reach the objectives in a new but fast growing and technology evolving market, Plastic Omnium has set up a dedicated Division “New Energies division” focusing on Hydrogen Storage, Fuel Cell Stack and Integrated Hydrogen Systems.

RESPONSABILITIES & ACITIVITIES

  • Assist in setting up a full maintenance plan in the department to increase machine reliability
  • Helps the maintenance team to resolve safety items as well as recurring machine problems
  • Commissioning machines and keeping documentation up-to-date
  • Identifies the need of spare parts for the machines (MRO)
  • Works with the industrial department to establish a maintenance plan (preventive and predictive) for the machines on the production floor
  • Provides training to maintenance technicians and other supporting staff to improve their skills

Safety & environment

  • Responsible for complying with all safety rules in the workplace
  • Ensures correct separation of waste
  • Responsible for wearing all necessary personal protective equipment
  • Responisible for reacting immediately or signaling in case of irregulatirities at work with regard to safety and environment, and if necessary stopping activity.
  • Contributes to spreading a safety culture
  • Ensures order and cleanliness in the workplace

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master in Electronic Engineering
  • Min 2 years experience with leading a team
  • Languages: Written and Spoken Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel,…)
  • Knowledge of PLC (Siemens S7, TIA portal) and CAD-design (solidworks)
  • Experience in project management and maintenance package
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor experience
  • Hands-on regarding maintenance activities
  • Basic training safety, environment and LOTO
