SKILLS & EXPERIENCE;

• Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering/Maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to building and driving a Safety culture.
• Experience leading a multi-function maintenance team in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficient in managing budgets effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing Preventative Maintenance programs (e.g., MEX).
• Strong project management skills, particularly in overseeing capital programs.
