Responsibilities:

YOUR PURPOSE

We’re now looking to recruit an Engineering Maintenance Lead to join our brilliant Aspalls Team.
The Maintenance Lead is the Progressive Maintenance systems owner for Aspall. You will be responsible for eliminating breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability within the Engineering, Packaging and Process teams to deliver overall production results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Progressive Maintenance systems for Aspall, focusing on developing and maintaining a planned preventative maintenance system and breakdown reduction.
  • Schedule Progressive Maintenance work with the production planning teams and produce accurate timelines for work to be completed.
  • Highlight critical equipment throughout the site and ensure all Progressive Maintenance work is captured on the site’s system.
  • Ensure the site Progressive Maintenance system is always audit ready.
  • Serve as a technical coach and resource for the Engineering and Production teams.

  • Engineering contractor management
  • Knowledge and experience of FMCG industry.
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in engineering statutory legal compliance.
  • Good depth of knowledge of EHS issues.
  • Knowledge of construction/building maintenanc
