  The Maintenance Leading Hand vacancy located at our Menegazzo Orchard in the Kenley region, VIC 3597, offers suitably qualified internal & external candidates an outstanding opportunity for career progression.
  The purpose of this role is to support the Maintenance Controllers in their overall business objectives by; undertaking maintenance and repairs on all orchard equipment (including harvest) and machinery as directed by the Maintenance Controller.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery and assist the Maintenance Controllers by planning, monitoring and management of key deliverables.
• Lean & 5S: Ensure the business principles of LEAN & 5S are implemented in all aspects of the position to provide continuous improvement to your role and ofi Orchards R&M programs and operations
• Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes
