Description:
Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
Maintenance of the reticulation services, water drainage, electricity, gas and air conditioning General maintenance throughout the complex Planned preventative maintenance.
Maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration Monitor and co-ordinate all services performed by contractors on site.
Conduct inspections of building and grounds to ensure complex complies with building regulations and in line with occupational, Health and Safety Act Attend to breakdowns Staff supervision, direction and development Submit energy saving initiatives Budgeting, analyzing monthly financial statement for the department and cost saving .
Ensure FMS is controlled and regular reports are completed.
Participate in operations development meetings.
Ensure guest satisfaction by dealing with queries and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications
Matric
Technical qualifications/Apprenticeship
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.
Experience
5 years artisan experience
5 years Management/Supervisory experience
Previous technical and maintenance experience in a Casino/Hotel environment will be an advantage
Skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Good financial acumen
Good Interpersonal Skills
Preference will be given to affirmative action candidates
Between 5 - 7 Year
