Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Facilities Manager - Maintenance Manager will be responsible for delivering Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services.
As a Maintenance Manager , you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building, and Fire Services for a requested Health care provider for BGIS!

THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL-TIME ROLE BASED IN KINGSWOOD, NSW!

  • Liaising and managing sub-contractors and vendors on site.
  • Manage the delivery of the contractual obligations.
  • Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget.
  • Ensuring that all types are always operational.
  • Attending sites at the relevant priority time frames.
  • Inspect and maintain the BMS (Building Management System).
  • Provide cost estimates and quotes for works.Undertake system and asset verification tests.
