JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations in our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility and its equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing a budget and developing maintenance plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they are followed by the maintenance team
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
  • Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget
  • Work with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
