Responsibilities:
- Managing P&L performance and reporting for Maintenance
- Operating department and personnel within approved budget; monitoring and adjusting variables as needed
- Planning, prioritizing, and reviewing the work of staff responsible for maintenance
- Establishing schedules for maintenance and repair services; identifying resource needs
- Participating in the development of policies and procedures; and ensuring their compliance
- Managing the maintenance, aesthetic and building safety of the plant facilities
- Managing air conditioning, venting, and HVAC systems for facilities
- Creating the maintenance program budget; monitoring expenditures
- Preparing analytical and statistical reports on operations and activitie
