Maintenance Officer - Bairnsdale Parklands

Oversee and manage the maintenance role at our Bairnsdale Parklands Care Community based in East Gippsland.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Based @ 99 Bairnsdale Parklands Care Community, located in scenic East Gippsland with easy access to the Bairnsdale town centre and all the delights of the region on our doorstep
• Full Time, Monday - Friday
• 9am – 5pm shifts

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
• Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
• Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
• Liaison with external contractors where required
• Lawn and garden maintenance as required
• Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
