You will be joining one of Sydney’s premier private schools based in the Inner West of Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced handy person/maintenance officer who is looking to work on a single high-end site and be responsible for a multitude of maintenance tasks on site. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is looking for a long-term role as this school prides themselves on having long-standing staff members. YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role will be working as an all round Maintenance Officer doing a variety of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks required on the site. Your general responsibilities will be as follows :

• Painting/patching
• Minor plumbing & Carpentry
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Event set up (e.g. setting up assembly hall)
• Working to a maintenance schedule
• Other general maintenance tasks
