MAINTENANCE OFFICER | PART-TIME

As a Maintenance Officer at Regis Redlynch, you will be responsible for a range of both preventative and corrective maintenance duties right across the residence including equipment and plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, and accurate, timely reporting. This is a part time role working approximately 60 hours per fortnight.
You will possess a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a passion for providing a safe and comfortable environment for our elderly residents.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and minor equipment repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruption and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.
• Coordinate and liaise with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for both staff and residents.
