Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Operations Administrator or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Previous experience working in a maintenance or facilities management environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including planned preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in managing the maintenance budget and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate repairs, order parts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update equipment documentation, including manuals, warranties, and service contracts.
- Perform data entry and generate reports related to maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Support the implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and coordinating training and certifications.
