THE OPPORTUNITY

Boeing Defence Australia’s Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Maintenance Operations Planning Analystto join Aircraft Maintenance Support Services for CH-47F (SG) Chinook with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, located at the Army Aviation Training Centre in Oakey, Queensland.
Our team support flight line operations and deeper maintenance work to ensure the customer’s operational outcomes are achieved.
There may also be an opportunity for this position to support work away from the Oakey location for periods of 4 weeks or more each year within Australia.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, aviation experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with maintenance management systems, cMRO is an advantage
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance data management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high tempo operating environment
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience working in a safety critical environment
  • Ability to obtain a ‘Baseline’ Security clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Execution lead for the MCS and Planning team
  • Requires understanding of the MCS requirements and ability to support management of the cMRO system
  • Support team members
  • Set priorities and expectations for team
  • Manage document updates
  • Cost account manager for the MCS and planning code
  • Management of MODs/STI/SI
  • cMRO Planner
  • cMRO Quality Planner
  • Fleet Planner, manage the long-term fleet plan
  • Provide planning support to the Maintenance Operations Managers and Maintenance Coordinator.
