    Are you a seasoned Maintenance Planning professional ready to further enhance your leadership skills? Mackay Sugar Limited invites you to join our team as a Maintenance Planning Co-ordinator. In this pivotal position, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of maintenance and shutdown plans, ensuring seamless alignment with production demands and industry best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing asset management strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to meet production and business needs, focusing on capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with Factory Managers and Supervisors to streamline planning and execution.
  • Analyse maintenance metrics, costs, and planning accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster open communication and team productivity to enhance performance.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Optimize critical spares and maintenance systems to minimize downtime risks.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in maintenance processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards for safety and operational excellence.
