We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance and Purchasing Coordinator to join our Technical Services team based in East Tamaki.
Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for managing national stock control and the issuing and dispatch system. Some of the key responsibilities in this role include overseeing the purchasing function to ensure we get the best prices, coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance, carrying out monthly stock takes, managing machine, equipment and spare part distribution and making sure that stock is distributed out to our branches and customers. You’ll also be liaising with customers on machine enquires so a high level of customer service is also required.
Qualifications
Our ideal person will have proven experience in maintenance planning, purchasing and stock control within a manufacturing environment.
You enjoy interacting with customers and are someone who enjoys building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a technical industry. Experience with JDE or a similar ERP system and Microsoft Office is essential.
