Maintenance & Refrigeration Manager/PSM Coordinator

Hanover Foods Corporation, Centre Hall, Pa. is currently seeking a Maintenance & Refrigeration Manager/PSM Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Ammonia Refrigeration RMP/PSM recordkeeping and program maintenance at the Centre Hall facility. Responsible for keeping the freezers at peak operating capacity with the least amount of downtime at minimum costs. Supervises Refrigeration, Maintenance, Electrical, and parts personnel and the activities involved in each area to ensure efficient production of high quality foods at the lowest possible cost with a minimum of waste.
The qualified candidate will have prior experience in refrigeration/maintenance in an industrial environment, a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, RETA Certification, and IIAR, PSM, RPM Certification and or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
