We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Superintendents to join our NSW Operations Team.
The role of Superintendent will see you working Monday to Friday across multiple sites in the Hunter Valley region NSW, on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity and performance.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Effectively manage and provide leadership to the onsite supervisors and trades team.
  • Assisting with planning and scheduling the scope of work, whilst ensuring works remain in line with the project budget.
  • Identify and manage risk and changes in project requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Be the point of contact for project staff and client representatives for queries relating to technical or progress issues.
  • Lead safety culture, initiatives, and performance throughout
  • Ensure project compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
