Purpose
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind keeping our equipment and facilities running like a well-oiled machine. Leading the Maintenance Team, you will skilfully manage resources and employ your expertise to consistently achieve top-notch performance and safety standards day in and day out.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ignite the Maintenance Team’s motivation and inspiration, keeping the property humming with efficiency
  • Forge strong partnerships with all departments on property to tackle challenges together
  • Be the hero on call for emergency maintenance even beyond regular hours – handling power failures, fire system resets, and mechanical meltdowns
  • Effective communication at all levels, from the General Manager, to guests and contractors working onsite

Skills and Experience

  • A natural leader with previous property maintenance experience within a strata / MLR operation (desired)
  • The ability to be a team player with a flexible approach to leading the Maintenance Team
  • Confident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance
  • A multitasking champion with an initiative-taking spirit, skilled in juggling multiple tasks and projects while keeping that preventative maintenance schedule in tip-top shape
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
