Description:

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the company’s facilities. You will lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. You will play an essential role in improving production processes by identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance equipment reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities
  • Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify potential problems
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Oversee the work of the maintenance crew
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the company’s facilities are in good working order

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
