THE FIT
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. You’ll have strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:
- Degree or Technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance or related field.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders, supervisors and managers.
- Knowledge of and practice in Lean Manufacturing.
- Courage and confidence to make tough decisions.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
