THE FIT

We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. You’ll have strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:

  • Degree or Technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance or related field.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders, supervisors and managers.
  • Knowledge of and practice in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Courage and confidence to make tough decisions.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
