The Maintenance Systems Support Officer is responsible for providing support and training staff in the use of the company’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Effectively train staff in the use of the current CMMS and input / output systems relevant to their positional requirements
- Assess user activity and deliver further training to any personnel that may require it
- Document training session and significant interactions to ensure training records are accurate
- Seamless interaction and integration with other CMMS team members
- Assist with CMMS projects when not actively assisting staff at your allocated site as directed by the Business Improvement Manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in maintenance operations in mining the industry
- Experience training small groups with automated software packages
- Experience with JD Edwards/MEX Maintenance/SQL/VBA highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and outlook
