Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Technician you will be part of our Estates team ensuring that all of our properties across the Resort are looked after and maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role whereby you will complete a range of planned project works as well as reacting to any emergency and immediate maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will be from a trade background and be multi-skilled to complete a variety of maintenance tasks.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • be responsible for the day to day maintenance (as directed) of all Auchrannie properties including their plant, fixtures, fittings décor.
  • be part of projects including annual refurbishment programs working alongside our internal maintenance team and external contractors
  • complete hands on diagnosis and participation in resolution of any faults or breakdowns of equipment.
  • ensure daily maintenance tickets pages are responded to timeously and actions communicated to the dept raising the ticket.
  • ensure that all spoil and materials are cleared from jobs immediately and work areas are left clean and tidy at all times.
  • liaise with Maintenance Team Leader Estate Management Team, to plan works and source suitable materials equipment to complte works
  • be available as part of the on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
  • ensuring the Health, Safety Welfare of Auchrannie guests team members.

TO BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • have a trade qualification as a plumber, electrician or joiner or previous trade expereince in an all round maintenance role.
  • be confident completing all tasks assigned to you
  • always work in line with health and safety standards
  • be willing to learn new skills and complete in house and certified training as required
  • enjoy working as part of a small, committed team as well as able to undertake and complete tasks autonomously
  • have good guest and customer service skills and willing to go the extra mile to find a solution to a problem
  • have great time management skills and the ability to prioritise to ensure all tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
  • have a full clean driving license
    You will be working on a rolling rota which will include some evening and on call shifts. Weekend availability will be required on a rotational basis.
