The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of Manufacturing Process and filling equipment Grifols Maintenance department in the Grangecastle Manufacturing Facility.
- Complete documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GMP and site SOP’s.
- Develop SOPs and Maintenance plans for newly installed equipment
- Support qualification of equipment during start up.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Become dedicated SME on Process and filling equipment, develop and improve existing Maintenance plans and on job training
- Fully engage with site safety requirements
- Develop FMEAs for systems
- Perform maintenance and document all activities in line with Maintenance GMP procedures
- Working in GMP areas , adherence to strict gowning and aseptic behavioural practises in the plant and clean rooms
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Maintenance Technician your job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Record all day to day activities and assist the maintenance supervisor to complete the daily shift report
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Process, filling , utilities , HVAC and all associated equipment within the facility , and record all corrective maintenance to the required standard to ensure the department is audit ready .
- Completion of FMEA studies for Process, filling, utilities , HVAC and all associated equipment within the facility
- Become familiar with Utilities equipment in the facility to help support when required
- Liaise with any Contractors when required to perform outsourced tasks.
- Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with company regulations.
- Work with Grifols area owners’ personnel as required to facilitate Maintenance activities, using SAP PM
- Engage in Grifols CI (Continuous Improvement) program and initiate within the maintenance department a Safety Good Catch program
- Cross train with the maintenance team in B101 packaging facility and be flexible to assist in maintenance works if required in the packaging facility during your shift .
- Enter into the on call roster and perform on call duties as required .
