MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (OVERNIGHTS)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Granite City, IL (62040) for 12hr overnight shift (7pm-7am) rotating schedule. 4-week training on 1st shift required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician within manufacturing
• Associates Degree Preferred or Trade School Certificate
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with servo motors and conveyor systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
• Strong mechanical assembly skills

Machines & technologies you’ll use:

• Servo Motors
• Conveyor Systems

• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition. This includes both mechanical and minor electrical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment
• Participate with peers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, planning methods, and operating procedures.
