As Maintenance Technician, you’ll become highly skilled in handling the day-to-day maintenance for Cunard Residences, Southwest’s new waterfront development.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate has 3-4 years in a similar role, with an aptitude for general maintenance, carpentry, and plumbing. Building Systems Control and/or Apprentice Certificate is considered an asset.

  • Ability to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with a proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of quality.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Offic
