WHO ARE WE?

The Greenmountain Group of businesses is Australia’s largest family-owned and operated vertically integrated beef and veal production and processing operation. Greenmountain specializes in growing and sourcing naturally bred, naturally fed beef and veal to be processed at our modern export food processing establishment at Coominya in the Lockyer Valley of south-east Queensland.
This role will have the successful applicant working with the maintenance team and be responsible for providing repair and maintenance services to the plant and equipment within and around our beef manufacturing factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade qualification is required. Preferably Fitter/Turner
• Previous experience within a manufacturing plant, ideally food processing preferred not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and work ethic.
• Packaging/coding/slicing equipment technician experience is highly regarded, please address this experience in your covering letter.
• Be positive, have a resilient attitude and the willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Must be C19 vaccinated and be willing to be vaccinated against Q-fever.
• Must be in Australia and have full working rights.
