Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least five (5) years of experience in a nonprofit development department in a forward-facing role with a history of increasing responsibility and successfully securing major gifts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Five or more years in a Major Gifts Officer (or equivalent) role
- Specific experience in planning and executing fund development campaigns, prospecting, donor acquisition and stewardship
- Success in writing solicitations
- Experience in and comfort with making personal solicitations
- Not a remote position—live in Pittsburgh area
