Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and lead a proven capital project engagement and tracking strategy, identifying strategically aligned application driven sales opportunities.
  • Assume a key role in delivering the Company’s strategic objectives through the provision of appropriate market capture and engagement plans, compelling commercial solutions and developing productive relationships with target customers and the respective EPC procurement chain.
  • Understanding the variations associated with multi-stakeholder engagements and ability to maintain control and decision prowess across multiple potential business flows, and ability to “keep sold” throughout the sales cycle from concept to capture.
  • Comfortable with long sales-cycle multi stage sales programmes with complex systems and solutions.
  • Cement business relationships at all levels within target customers to ensure that the company is appropriately aligned strategically, commercially and technically to take advantage of all potential revenue generating opportunities.
  • Play a key role in tendering activities, contract negotiation, risk evaluation and the setting of prices, margins and selling strategies, taking into account both internal and external trading considerations, market dynamics and strategic intent.
  • Understanding competitor positions, product offerings and price levels.
  • Formulate and deliver financial forecasts & operating to agreed business plans, budgets and targets.
  • Possess the knowledge to execute a rigorous sales methodology and report on the sales opportunity through management approved tools and methods.
  • Preparing professional action plans, performance and sales reports, and business plans to communicate robust capture plans to both departmental and company leadership.
  • You possess the ability to turn this vision into results with a long term goal to grow the Company to become a supplier of choice for customers that wish to invest in value based Enterprise solutions
