Job Description
1. Create and execute complex makeup looks for corporate events, both in-store and external venues, under the supervision of a Regional Training Manager or Retail Manager.
2. Prepare and co-facilitate collective makeup classes for internal beauty consultants and generic beauty consultants under beauty retailers (ie. Sephora), in alignment with the retail education plan.
3. Provide individual coaching to colleagues on makeup techniques, emphasizing brand priorities and editorial standards.
4. Engage and animate the beauty consultant community by sharing technical tips, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
5. Share feedback and best practices with peers during collective meetings to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
6. Provide feedback to managers on store actions, customer satisfaction, competitor activities, and achievement of KPIs and goals.
7. Partner with Retail Manager to develop and optimize sell-out strategies, monitoring performance against KPIs and goals.
8. Cultivate brand loyalty among customers and enrich the CRM database.
9. Maintain customer relationships through clienteling activities, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and objectives.
10. Welcome and cultivate customer relationships reflective of the brand’s selling ceremonies and values.
11. Build support and loyalty among retailer teams through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and passion for makeup products, techniques, and trends.
- Ability to host / co-host a training.
- Ability to host / co-host consumer facing retail activations, as well as PR events.
- Proven good track-record as a makeup artist in the beauty industry.
- Certification from a reputable makeup school or relevant training is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess creativity and artistic flair.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and precision.
