Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented Managed Services Delivery Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of managed services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT service management, and a proven track record of managing complex projects within the managed services domain.
In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services to multiple clients, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves orchestrating the entire service delivery process, from initial client engagement to ongoing support and maintenance.
A critical aspect of the role is leading a team of Managed Services professionals. You’ll provide comprehensive guidance, support, and mentorship to empower them to perform at their best and deliver exceptional results. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team, you consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, driving high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
