As a CRM Project Manager, you are responsible for leading people, project, and program management across an entire CRM system lifecycle. From requirements gathering through implementation, you will work closely with both internal Avanade employees and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. You will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, processes, and tools supporting enhancements in productivity, efficiency, issue resolution, and cost.

Skills and experiences

  • 4+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects in a project manager, delivery or technical/functional lead position
  • Has implemented end-to-end ERP/CRM solutions (Microsoft or non-Microsoft)
  • Experience working from Solution Integrator side
  • Experience in managing CRM support/managed services engagements i.e. understanding SLAs, severities, transition from SI to MS, support models etc.
  • Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
  • You are likely to possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (Information Technology preferred).

What you’ll do

  • Manage collaboration with clients and project teams to develop PMO related tools such as project plans, implementation plans, transition plans, etc.
  • Establish and support knowledge management repositories
  • Support business development activities or thought leadership in support of Talent Community objectives and priorities
  • Monitor, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the project
  • Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks associated with the project
  • Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes
  • Manage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project
  • Lead change management and change enablement processes throughout project duration
  • Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade’s standard tools.
  • Engage and partner with appropriate onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs)
