As we continue to expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Key Account Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and nurturing strong relationships with key clients throughout the United Kingdom. You will strategically engage with existing customers, prioritize relationship-building, ensure client satisfaction, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with various teams for seamless execution.
This is a remote position with frequent travel required to meet clients, understand their IT challenges, and advocate for our ManageEngine solutions.

Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop account plans, forecast sales, and monitor customer satisfaction

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients across the UK to comprehend their challenges and offer tailored solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in our CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on key account performance and sales forecasts
