Description:
An interesting Management Accountant opportunity has opened up within the Finance team here at ELFT. This role is based in London and the post holder will be looking after the two NCEL Provider Collaboratives CAMHS Tier 4 and Perinatal.
As a Management Accountant, you will support the Head of Finance and Contracting in the following key areas:
Finance and Business Planning.
Contributing to the annual budget setting/planning process.
Completion of month end financial adjustments.
Production of the month end Financial Performance reports.
Maintaining accurate and timely Resource reports (Establishments) that support Workforce Planning and Reporting.
Continuously improving and developing the management accounting service to budget holders.

You will provide financial information to the budget holders, relevant internal and external Stakeholder of the NCEL Provider Collaborative that is timely, robust and accurate. You will provide high quality information and data to enable budget managers to effectively and efficiently manage budgets and to support the development of strategies to improve financial performance.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to discuss, explain, influence, recommend and prioritise financial information and required actions to drive and improve financial performance.
