A leading Global Advertising Agency is seeking a commercial Management Accountant to join their finance team to provide decision support to their Senior Management, whilst supervising their team members.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing commercial decision support to Senior Management, Account Service and Production.
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, commercial commentaries and presentation to Senior Management and CFO.
- Monthly Financial and Management Reporting.
- KPI and dashboard anaylsis on key revenue and cost levers.
- Continuously developing the commerciality of the wider agency staff
- Implementing increasingly commercial management reporting tools and reports.
- Develoiping and maintaining excellent working relatioships with your commercial stakeholders.
- P&L and balancesheet review.
- Supervising and inspiring your direct reports.
The successful candidate should be CA or CPA qualified with 4 - 8 years commercial finance experience. A preference will be given to candidates with previous finance experience from Advertising or Marketing Services sectors. You should be technically strong and have the ability to impart complex commercial financial advice to non finance staff within this Agency.
