The Opportunity: We are seeking a Management Accountant who will be responsible for the analysis, investigation & reporting of results and the preparation of reports to support the company’s financial planning for the Contracts Department, control, and performance management processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation & consolidation of Contracts Department P&L, balance sheet and budgets.
- Production of monthly reports for Contracts Department for both MARC & AHS Contracts.
- Production of Warranty Goodwill report.
- Analysis & monitoring of Stock in Transit, both Intercompany & local & overseas PMates purchases.
- Production of MTD sales reports.
- Contracts Transfer Pricing data.
- Detailed analytical review and variance analysis of the Contracts profitability.
- Preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis to facilitate management decision.
- Prepare and present full reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts as assigned to the position.
- Reconciliation for Overseas Parts Stock in transit, investigate shipment variance and work closely with Parts Procurement personnel to identify and resolve GRIR and pricing issues.
- Prepare and consolidate bi-annual contract forecast to the end of life.
- Improvement to the reporting systems and presentation of the outputs professionally for management decision making.
