As a Management Accountant, your primary responsibility will be providing financial control for the businesses joint ventures. You will lead on the preparation of quarterly management accounts, draft commentary, and prepare variance analyses. Your role will also involve calculating quarterly development management fees, reviewing month-end ledger reports, recording residential completions, monitoring cash receipts, and posting journals. Additionally, you will assist in the process of third-party valuations of assets. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare Business Plan updates and update short-term cash flow forecasts. Lastly, you will contribute to monthly profit estimates for internal management accounts.

• Provide financial control for joint ventures (current & new acquisitions).
• Prepare quarterly management accounts, including drafting commentary and preparing variance analyses on income and cashflow performance.
• Work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders reviewing project WIP and providing insight & support from a financial perspective.
• Preparation of draft statutory accounts, VAT Returns, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Updating project appraisals and forecast models in line with business strategy, budget and business plan updates.
• Provide financial support to project team.
