Description:

THIS ROLE REQUIRES STRONG LEADERSHIP, COLLABORATION SKILLS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTY, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS, DEVELOP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, CONDUCT RESEARCH, PROVIDE EXPERT CONSULTATION, FACILITATE TRAINING, AND MAINTAIN OFFICIAL RECORDS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL CONTRIBUTE SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE AGENCY’S MISSION OF PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE STATE’S FISH, WILDLIFE, AND ECOSYSTEMS WHILE SUPPORTING SUSTAINABLE RECREATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, safety, organizational development, human resources administration, or a related field

IN ADDITION TO THOSE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, OUR IDEAL APPLICANT WILL ALSO HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Prior experience conducting job task analysis.
  • Prior experience as a safety or human resource professional.
  • Prior experience with project management.
  • Prior experience collaborating on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
