GS-13: APPLICANT MUST POSSESS AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENT TO THE GS-12 GRADE LEVEL. SE IS DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

  • Experience in researching, investigating and evaluating new or improved business and management practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Experience in developing standard operating procedures to improve business operations.
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and evaluating short-range program goals, objectives and milestones for compliance to overall mission.

Responsibilities:

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with designated divisional stakeholders to define the overall goals and objectives for GCIU-2 projects, ensuring the plans align with CD and FBI policy and strategy.
  • Formulate a business process to manage and report on the statuses of initiatives.
  • Draft various types of written communications at the request of managers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in support of GCIU-2 investigations.
  • Plans, researches, and analyzes a broad range of management/program functions which address the most widely diverse, complex, and difficult duties related to a wide array of issues including, but not limited to, budget and financial management, compliance management, forecasting and planning, policy development, program development and assessment, strategic planning, and/or data analytics that have a direct impact on operations and missions.
