Our client, active in the energy sector, is actively looking for a management assistant for the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments. Do you enjoy administrative tasks and have an affinity for numbers?

DESCRIPTION

As assistant to the heads of the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments, you will manage the following tasks:

  • Organization of diary and mailbox;
  • Preparing meetings;
  • Telephone contacts and drafting of correspondence;
  • Filing and translating various documents;
  • Writing reports, notes, statistics and presentations;
  • Welcoming visitors;
  • organizing travel abroad;

You will also provide support for tasks specific to the Accounting, Corporate Finance & Tax departments, such as :

  • Daily office management and maintenance;
  • Management of purchase requisitions in SAP;
  • Support for certain cost allocations;
  • Management and follow-up of specific files;
  • General administrative support.
