Description:

As a Management Assistant, you manage a range of organizational and administrative tasks to facilitate the day-to-day life of the company and its employees. This involves planning meetings, coordinating agendas and calendars, drafting and proofreading documents, and organizing travel or events.

Responsibilities

  • You support department managers in various administrative tasks.
  • You manage all corporate administrative formalities.
  • Youg facilitate coordination of management team members’ agendas.
  • You coordinate the management of business travel and the management of the dedicated platform.
  • You carry out all tasks assigned to the Front Desk Officer when he/she is absent.
  • You provide support to the Executive Assistant when required.
  • You participate in the planning and organization of internal and external events.

Profile

  • You have a diploma in executive secretarial work or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a good command of spoken and written English.
  • You have good interpersonal skills.
  • You are autonomous and take initiative.
  • You are discreet and maintain confidentiality when handling information.
  • You are organized and have a sense of priorities.
  • You are precise and rigorous. You are able to summarize and analyze.

  • You are familiar with the Office suite.
