ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our Project Excellence department as we carry out huge investment projects for customers where it is at the upmost importance to deliver on requirements, time, quality, and cost. The role will be to support our CVP for Process & Facility Design or Project Management and you will have a great opportunity to make an impact as we work to ensure project milestones are reached even more efficiently – and thereby increase our overall execution capacity.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices in close collaboration with the disciplines and projects. You have a high degree of independence and capable of influencing the organization with a lean mindset.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• A relevant academic degree (e.g. within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Management or Project Management).
• Consultant work experience from a top tier Consultancy Company.
• Formal LEAN training and Project Management training.
• Experience with change and stakeholder management and demonstrated successful implementation of change with impact.
• Pharma experience is a plus.
• Experience from the field of life science is preferred.
• Fluency in written and verbal Danish and English
