Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scope, plan and execute various projects
- Manage various internal stakeholders from service lines and functions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from various ranks and locations
- Support Nordic leadership in strategy and planning processes
- Identify operational challenges and drive optimization projects to accelerate how we run our organization
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops
- Advise on strategic initiatives by utilizing your excellent problem definition and data analytics skills
- Support coordination of junior colleagues’ and team members’ work providing sparring and guidance when needed
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in management consultancy or related industry, with an exceptional track record
- MSc degree in Business Administration or Economics Studies or other relevant field of study
- Proven experience in project management, in large and complex organizations
- Fluent in English
