Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of organizational change, particularly in the context of ERP implementations.
As a Change Management Consultant, you will develop and execute strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, foster employee engagement, and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within the context of ERP implementations.
Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certification in change management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives for ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change management activities with project plans.
- Provide coaching and support to client leadership and employees throughout the change process.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities within client organizations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and ERP implementations.
