Position: Management Executive
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working
Contract: Full-time, permanent
In this role, you will be an integral member of our Client Services Centre, assisting with the management and administration aspects of our Associate Auditor community.
You will build credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting with a variety of activities including; general enquires, reports, complaints and expenses.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to respond, investigate or resolve queries and/or issues.
  • Manage internal report review process ensuring that all reviews are planned, recorded and completed in-line with key KPIs.
  • Maintain and update databases ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Prepare reports as requested including monthly and annual reports and, maintain monthly dashboards.
  • Set up new suppliers on the supplier portal and amend current suppliers when required.
  • Assist with the onboarding and induction process of new contractors.
  • Monitor and review progress of contractors qualifications ensuring these are up-to-date with regulatory standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to build solid and credible relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations
  • Natural problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
