The management executives assist the Management in specialised support and/or operations management functions required to keep our company operationally ready.
This role is suitable for you if you take pride in challenges and problem solving and allows you to gain experience in an array of tasks hence, allowing you to accumulate transferrable skills for development and progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Platform Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform.
  • Ensure the platform’s functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendly design.
  1. Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for online platform growth.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Content Management:
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital content.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Identify digital opportunities and trends to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  1. Online Presence Management:
  • Oversee the organization’s digital presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency and optimize content for online visibility.
  1. E-commerce Management:
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer journey.
  1. Logistics Management:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline processes and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Monitor transportation routes and shipping methods to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
