We are currently looking for Management Trainee to join our Corporate Team, base in Singapore at the beginning then rotate to other ZP markets

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking abilities. This rotational program will expose you to various departments within the organization, including but not limited to:

• Operations
• Sales and Marketing
• Finance and Accounting
• Human Resources
• Technology
• Legal & Compliance

Throughout the program, you will work closely with seasoned professionals, participate in hands-on projects, and engage in targeted training sessions to enhance your understanding of our business processes and objectives. By gaining exposure to different areas of our company, you will develop a holistic perspective that will prepare you for future leadership roles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a relevant field.
• MBA graduates from top tier Business Schools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Previous P&L management experience is preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
